EliseAI has raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation, double what it was worth at its Series E last August. Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners co-led the round.
EliseAI builds AI tools for home rental operators and healthcare providers — handling tasks such as leasing conversations, maintenance requests and patient communications.
The deal was one of the largest U.S. rounds in a week that Crunchbase described as "almost all about AI," alongside Instinct's $1 billion Series C and Armadin's $255.5 million Series B.
