Data-security company Cyera has received $400 million from the Growth Equity business of Goldman Sachs Alternatives, extending its Series G. Existing lead investor Evolution Equity also participated. The deal values Cyera at about $12 billion, in line with its June valuation.

Cyera is positioning itself as the monitoring layer for autonomous AI agents operating inside enterprises — a fast-growing concern as companies hand agents access to sensitive data. The company also agreed to acquire Oasis Security in a deal reported at $1 billion.

The round was one of five Israeli mega-rounds that together accounted for nearly 70% of Israeli startup funding in September.
