Y Combinator's Fall 2026 batch is under way in San Francisco, with Demo Day scheduled for Wednesday, December 2, 2026, according to YC's published calendar. It is the fourth batch of the year, following Winter (Demo Day March 24), Spring (June 16) and Summer (September 10).
Applications for the batch closed in late July, with decisions expected by the end of August. Founders are grouped with YC partners who run group and one-on-one office hours throughout the roughly three-month program, which ends with founders pitching to an invited audience of investors and press.
YC's move to four batches a year means more Demo Days and a steadier flow of newly funded companies into the seed market.
