Voice AI company ElevenLabs has let employees sell part of their vested equity at a $22 billion valuation, TechCrunch reported on September 30. That doubles the $11 billion valuation the company reached when it raised $500 million in February.

The transaction is a secondary sale rather than a new primary round, meaning the money goes to employees rather than the company's balance sheet.

Tender offers like this have become a common way for the fastest-growing AI companies to reward early staff while staying private — and they often double as a marker for where the next primary round might land.
